オーダーメイドによる結婚指輪・婚約指輪づくり体験を、旅行者をはじめとする日本非居住者の皆さまに一層お楽しみいただけるよう、ご来訪を心よりお待ちいたしております。
免税サービス概要
ithでは受注生産でジュエリー制作を承り、約2〜3ヶ月の制作期間を経て指輪のお引き渡しが可能となります。免税対応は、日本国内のアトリエでの商品お受け取り時にお手続きを行います。
《免税手続きの流れ》
・商品ご成約時に担当のつくり手へご申告ならびに必要書類をご提示ください
・必要書類を確認の上、免税価格(消費税抜き)にてお支払いを承ります
・ジュエリー制作を経た約2〜3ヶ月後、アトリエでの製品お受け取り時に免税手続きを実施します
《注意点》
・オンラインストアは免税対象外です
・ご納品時に必要書類の不備等で免税処理が行えない場合は、消費税のお支払いを承ります

ith now offers tax-free services for international/temporary return customers.
We are looking forward to your visit to experience the joy and excitement of creating your own rings in Japan.
Services
All our rings are made to order, so the production will take around 2-3 months until the rings’ arrival at atelier.
Tax-free procedures will be processed on the day of pick-up at our atelier.
Tax-free procedures
- A passport (or any required documents) needs to be shown upon agreement on your rings’ payment.
- After we confirmed the necessary documents, we ask for full payment in advance at tax-free price (excluding consumption tax).
- Tax-free procedures will be processed on the day of pick-up of your rings at our atelier, which will be around 2-3 months after the payment.
Precautions
- Online stores are NOT subject to tax free.
- If Tax-free procedures couldn’t be completed due to incompleted documents, tax of your rings needs to be paid on the day of pick-up.
